Raspa Tres / Scratch Three is an informational service operated by Ap Tec Software LLC. This policy applies to raspatres.com, scratchthree.com, raspa3.com, and related service pages.

When you visit, we record a random browser identifier, session identifier, date, network-provided approximate location (country, region, and city), general device type, and the domain that referred the visit. We do not store raw IP addresses in our traffic statistics.

To prevent excessive access-code attempts when that feature is enabled, we may temporarily create a non-reversible identifier derived from an IP address.

If you sign in with ChatGPT, we receive an account identifier and basic authentication information. We store the identifier needed to associate your filters, followed games, alert preferences, and read-alert status. We do not store your ChatGPT password.

The site links to the Florida Lottery, Instagram, and other external services. ChatGPT may provide sign-in. Those third parties have their own policies, and Raspa Tres does not control their practices after you leave the site.

Raspa Tres is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Florida Lottery requires players to be at least 18.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your account by emailing support@scratchthree.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
